Amazing Resource to Stop Overthinking!!

I was so thankful to have found this book! Have you even been unable to fall asleep because your mind just won't turn off? Have you ever been an over thinker - maybe you worry about what someone thinks, or re read an email 1000 times - trying to read between the lines? Yep, I've done all this. And as this explained, it'l fairly common and the best part is that this book had so many ideas for how to stop overthinking. There are specific suggestions and exercises to practice as well as lots of information which I found interesting and very helpful to better understand why I overthink and best of all how to stop overthinking! I definitely recommend this book and I'll be gifting a few copies!

Learn to live your best life!

Listening to this book was super refreshing, because I felt like it was written for me. Overthinking and stress can be debilitating, and it is easy for it to snowball into bigger and bigger problems, each of which make it more difficult to tackle, but the author does an incredible job of understanding stress and offering simple, impactful advice that I have already started implementing.

Extremely informative and helpful

I find myself drifting into thoughts, thinking and analyzing things that happened that day and it drives me crazy, not to mention up all night. I know I'm not the only one and after reading this book, I am now better equipped with the reasons as to why and most importantly, how to fix this mindset to allow me enjoy my life. The author explains the psychology behind the overthinking process by offering and in-depth understanding. The three "villains of overthinking" is a must know concept to understand how everything plays out in your head. I found journal keeping to be great suggestion. Highly recommend to anyone who feels trapped in their thoughts and is looking to break away from this negative state.

Practical and powerful guide to break free from Overthinking

If there is one thing that everybody has done multiple times in their life. That has become a great cause for anxiety and stress, that will be overthinking. As someone who also Overthinks a lot that it causes me to loose sleep and develop anxiety, this book really helped me to deal with my 3 villains of overthinking by offering a practical solution, and to identify and address cognitive distortion.The author also did an excellent job on this one, its well-researched, well-written, has clear language and presented in such a way that is easy to follow and understand. If you want to stop Overthinking then this book is your lifeline. Very well done. Highly recommend it.
