About this listen

After centuries of hardship and tragedy, of struggle and toil, he'd finally reached the end of his journey. He'd never faltered, defying all who'd stood in his way. And now, the Seventh Heaven beckoned, the place where both the answers to his questions and justice for all those he'd been forced to leave behind awaited him.

Not once had he given in, regardless of the obstacles in his path. Even if all the Ancients banded together to oppose him, he would not yield. His will had been forged into something more than mere iron by the crucible of his life, and nothing would be able to break it. His sword would never be lowered in surrender, his stride would forever remain undaunted. He was Hadjar Darkhan, and he would see his goals realized, or he would die trying.

Outstanding

This series has been one of my favorites towards the end everything comes together that has been set up over the last 20 odd books. It was amazing and surprising I really liked hearing from the author at the end gave me a new appreciation.

A great conclusion for being such a short book, and we finally get the true backstory for The Potter!!

(MINOR SPOILERS)

The realization of his law, I thought, would be the highlight of the book for me but what ended up standing out the most was the backstory on the Potter. We finally got closure after hearing so many versions from so many different people.

A couple really good twists and a couple predictable ones but overall a great conclusion for being such a short book. Props to anyone else who has finished the series. 2,000 chapters is no small feat. Farewell honorable cultivators, it's been a wild ride!

Good book

Honestly I’m confused and happy this is definitely something. I think you should definitely finish the series if you start

Great finale!

One of the elements required for me to enjoy a series is closure. This book provided that, and I really appreciated the author’s comments at the end of this book — it helped me understand and appreciate the series more.

Nothing to add.

First in the series I disliked. Loved all the other books in the series. The ending was so abrupt. Seemed as though the author just wanted to be finished with the series.

A long Journey

It was a long journey, filled with excitement and drama. I had moments where I just wanted it to be over, but there were also moments of not wanting it to ever end. I laughed, I cried, I hated and I loved. Thank You for it all Mr. Klevanski.

Fantastic ending.

I have enjoyed this entire series beginning to end. There is very few things that I have to complain about a couple of the repetitious phrases get to be a bit much but other than that, it is a flawlessly and wonderfully written book. The reader does a good job, but still manages to get himself out of breath to the point where you can hear him sucking a breath and swallow but sticking with just that one man throughout the entire 22 book series was a fantastic idea and I recommend this book 10 out of 10
