I’m ready to heal
I’ve really been interested in learning more about the idea of using shadow work to help myself heal from some of the difficulties that I’ve experienced in the past. The thing I loved most about this book is that it didn’t contain a bunch of fluff. It was educational and it contained practical exercises that I believe can make a difference even if you had a difficult childhood.

It starts out slow but give this book a chance and it pack with information. This is an interesting topic and only the second time I read this topic. People sometime grow up with a lot of problem they have from their childhood without knowing it, so it good to look deep down to fix yourself.
