A Must Listen if you have any Assets

I am 76 years old and frankly have not made a lot of plans for my end-of-life, partly because I stall, but more so because I lacked a framework in which to start. This book really helps organize all the things that need to be done when planning for that eventual day, which we will all reach. The author thinks of everything, including very personal items like pets, etc. This book is a MUST READ for those who have not tackled this tough issue.

Good to think about this now

As painful as it is to think about not being here or a loved one not being here, I think a bigger regret is not making the most of the time that we do have here. That’s why I’m glad I was able to listen to this book as it has made me feel more prepared and it covers a lot of good ideas that I wouldn’t have thought of on my own.

this is a very important part of planning

I just went through this end-of-life planner and feel relieved, yet at the same time, heavy-hearted. It is not easy to think about, but having everything set out so well made it far less overwhelming than I thought. The steps made me really look at some things I'd been trying to avoid for years. What really got my attention, though, were the sections on digital life and personal messages because they had never crossed my mind. Though it took a bit of an emotional investment in certain areas, now that the affairs are in order, some kind of closure can be obtained. The templates and checklists were quite useful as well. Overall, I would say this planner is a very important tool for any person who wants to make sure their last wishes are clear and your family is taken care of. It's not a pleasant process, but it's definitely worth one's while.
