The best cookbook
Wow! Just got book today. Many simple recipes in different categories. Most require simple ingredients. Have not used it yet.

interesting
I have made three or four recipes out of this so far, but I have tagged many more to make. The recipes really are fast enough to make on a weeknight, and they're healthy and easy. I made the cod stew (super easy) and my husband said it was the best thing I've ever made (we've been together ten years). I wanted to expand my repertoire and make healthier dishes incorporating more fish and veggies, and that's just what this offers.
