I loved the interviews between each chapter. It really helped pull it all together.

Great mindset for future growth

Listening to the different deal structure techniques is enlightening for those getting into real estate investing. I will take the commandments and incorporate those principles shared when thinking and analyzing future deals. The creative structures for deals, private capital acknowledgements and solutions for those who may not feel “ready” to invest is a powerful nod to keep learning, asking questions and moving forward to build long term wealth and knowledge.
