The good stuff is the smallest part of the book.
I don't get it. The book is called Zero down and the best part of the book is the last 2 mins that says "here's a list of 15 ways" that just lists them with no explanation or examples at all. There's entire sections on "reaching out to people on LinkedIn" that is basically useless. I'm bummed there wasn't a focus on the important material.

He literally gives you step by step instructions on what to say, what to do, deal breakdown, how to generate leads, what to say when negotiating, what contracts to have Etc.

Lots of stuff in here I could not find online
I appreciate much of the info in this book because you can tell he’s done this a lot. You can’t find much of the detail or negotiation tactics online, at least I can’t. I’ve tried just learning for free and I wish I’d purchased this a long time ago.
