Fantastic book. Realistic, down-to-earth, wise and humble. Great information for anyone starting out in real estate investing. Narration was quite hard to deal with. Felt like it sounded robotic most of the time.

Great book!!
Michael Zuber is a legend in the making. His no bs approach to wealth building is refreshing and emphasizes that while not easy, or fast, anyone can build significant wealth through real estate investing if they put in the work.
The narrator has an annoying voice but it is worth a listen if you want to kick off your Real-estate Investing journey with the proper mindset and expectations.

Best real estate book.
This is the best real estate book for someone who is trying to get started in their real estate journey. This details different ways one can grow in real estate and most importantly WHAT CAN GO WRONG, and how to AVOID costly mistakes. There is absolutely no fluff or unnecessary bs. Better than all bigger pockets books I have read. Michael is the man. Im 29 and have 3 cash flowing properties with good equity in each. I always recommend this book first when someone asks me for advice. Thanks Mike.

Great read and useful content
Great book. I enjoy reading about the success of others. I also love details, and Zuber offers plenty for such a short book. He offers some great approaches to private loans as well

Authentic story of the ups and downs of real estate investing
