A down to earth story that captures the many facets of life, investing, and the ups and downs in both. Educational and entertaining.

Excellent!

Gives you a taste of knowledge, but in story form with characters. Making it easier, in my mind, to understand how Real Estate investment works. A very enjoyable read.

Overall a great listen, but it does skip ahead a lot towards the end of the story.

A lot of investment books give you a lot of jargon and knowledge, but seldom do finish the book having FELT the content. Rich does an amazing job of bringing the reading deep into the story and helping you feel the importance of his chapters

The author, Rich Fettke, does an amazing job of telling this story. The writing is thoughtful and engaging. I like the authentic and entertaining approach to the characters, read by the author, made me feel like I was present. The lessons are extremely helpful. There are lessons in numerous areas of life. I recommend this book and or audio presentation to anyone who is looking to improve their life!
