Enlightening and informative
This was the 1st book I’d decided to listen to on the subject of real estate investing. After listening to the 2nd I realized just how good this book actually was. Brandon has a tremendous wealth of knowledge and has no problem sharing in a way that doesn’t intimidate a beginner like me. Using his personal as well as historical anecdotes, he lets you know he is human and that he has fears, he has made mistakes and that we will too. And like him, we can rise above it all succeed in real estate investment just like he did. I’ve already purchased my 2nd book from Brandon and plan on listening to it over the next week.

Just visit biggerpockets forum already!
This audiobook was very informative, a lot of quality information on how to begin and manage your rental property investments; The only thing I didn't like was the suggestion to visit the biggerpockets forum that seemed to be present in nearly every chapter. I don't have anything against the forum itself, but I felt like I was constantly being badgered into going and signing up to the site. If the goal of this book was to get me to visit the website, then mission accomplished!
