One of my favorites so far
I've listened to a lot of K.L. Slater's books, and while they've all been good, this was next level with twists. I love it when the bad guy isn't easily spotted, and this story had multiple layers of intrigue. It was an enjoyable story overall.

What a twist
Didn’t see it coming. But glad it did. What an unbelievable set of consequences. British accent and whispering narrative was hard to take at times.

Interesting storyline
I felt that this was a very unique storyline and definitely played on all sides for emotions and motherhood. A different ending than I expected but good for sure.

Twisty!!!
Wow! This was great! I discovered KL Slater on Audible. Now I have to read everything by her. This one was my favorite so far! The storyline is very suspenseful and full of twists and turns. I never wanted to stop listening because it was that good!The narrators for all of these books have been amazing! Well, on to my next KL Slater book!!
