Great story!
The characters were fully developed. The storyline was very good and full of twists and turns. The narration was excellent. I would recommend this book without hesitation.

I was anxiously awaiting a thrilling ride with K.L. Slater’s “The Married Man,” and I wasn’t disappointed. {{OUTSTANDING}} From the first few words, I was intensely drawn in and craving more. {{SPECTACULAR}} One of the most intense and epic tales in my Audible Library! {{INSIDIOUS}} This audictive tale is expertly brought to life by Clare Corbett's captivating narration. {{EXCEPTIONAL}} With its intricate plot and subplot, complexellent characters and heart-pounding suspense, “The Married Man” is a must-listen. {{ENGAGING}} Twists and turns, zigs and zags throughout. {{EMOTIONAL}} My jaw hit the floor several times with unexpected jaw-dropping shockers and just when I thought I knew the ending several times, {{WAM BAM! WTH MA’AM}}, I was wrong. {{SECRETIVE}} Never a lull or a dull. I have quite a vast collection by these two talented women. KL is one of the best if not the best author in the game right now.
Like crack cocaine and some kiosks at the mall, audible got me with a KL “first one is free.” Unlike my regrets with free cookies and coke, I’ve treasured KL’s writing and have suggested her books to everyone that listens to me. My mom has spread the gospel to her book club and they’ve done a few of hers now. I think I have bought almost all of her titles and she’s one of the very few authors I can listen to back to back without getting bored.
I also really appreciate the nuanced table of contents on the audible app. I absolutely loathe how lazy and monopolistic audible usually seems with the negative F’s given to aligning text vs audio (eg chapter 1 is really chapter 3, or much much worse on older books). This one was really nicely done and much noted and appreciated.
