The CALM METHOD works!

I am soooo excited that The CALM METHOD is now available on Audible and was recorded by the author, Ryan Lanier! As I listened, I found myself nodding, smiling, laughing and talking to her! How did Ryan know what I was thinking?! She makes it SIMPLE and ACTIONABLE to ditch the chaos and show up as our best selves to get things done, all while staying sane. I look forward to listening to it on a regular basis to center me and keep me CALM when life isn’t!

Life Changing!

As a busy mom of five I needed to hear about this method first hand! The author does a wonderful job of connecting and empathizing with their readers. The Calm Method is a wonderful listen and has saved me countless hours of forgotten appointments and items. It has taught me to set buffers for myself and create transitions. Thank you Ryan!

Keeping Calm!

Thank you sharing your insight about the CALM method. It is refreshing to hear I am. It the only one that feels like I’m always behind. Good to have these tool in my tool bag to use daily!

The CALM Method connected with me

Something about the way Ryan Lanier explained basic ideas really helped me. Her plan of how to get out the door with everything needed is a life changer, but so simple. There are many such ideas. I feel more in charge of my calendar and life, and am very thankful that I came across this audible book.

A MUST read or listen

Why 5 stars? First of all - the CALM is something foreign to my ADHD brain however I found Ryan’s voice like a lullaby while teaching me the ins and outs and how-tos to becoming a more organized and calm person. The downloads will be put to good use and my launchpad is almost “done”. Greatness combined with common sense delivered in a nonjudgmental way. Thanks Ryan for a QUICK read full of innovative ideas. Now- what is the second book?
