Solid Gold
I bought this book last year, and have since listened to it at least 2 more times. If i am going through a particularly stressful or difficult time, I’ll sometimes just pop this one at a particular chapter and RESET. These lessons are pertinent for every single person, and I’ve never had this material presented in such a non-judgey relatable way. The book is uplifting, inspiring, and within reach everyday.

Just what I needed to hear

A wonderful reminder of who really is in charge...
Loved the book and happy I listened to it rather than read it. It was a wonderful verbal reminder of who is in control. You are not the fears and everything else we put in our ways to live exactly who we are.
The author is a wonderful story teller. You feel like you’re at the coffee shop chatting with your best friend who tells you ‘to pull your head out of your b*¥¥’ and start living again sister!

I'd recommend this book/audible to anyone who is in a rut or a little lost or someone who just needs a little push into the right direction. I've low lows and some high highs, and this book has helped with my lows by a bunch. I'd listen when I felt lost, needed a little pick me up, distraction, or to figure out that I'm just as important if not more than everyone else. That I myself do matter and to shut off that mean girl inside me who wants to take control. Forever thankful for this book and will always refer back to it if needed.
