Excellent beginner's reference

This book came to my awareness after I'd already been introduced to IF. So many times while listening I was struck with the thought "wow, I wish I'd had this resource before".

Love this audiobook, very effective method.

There are so many books about intermittent fasting to choose from, but I heard great reviews from friends about this one so I gave it a try. This is not just another fad diet, it's one of the greatest diets that will help you lose weight, improve your energy, and well-being. After listening to this audiobook I couldn't wait to give the method a try and sure enough, I was able to shed some pounds before my Hawaii vacation and I never felt like I was depriving myself. This diet is one of the few that allows wine so even if you are on vacation you can still continue to maintain your diet. It allows many variations of fasting so everyone can find their own comfort level and modify. Intermittent fasting is now a part of my daily routine.

Perfect for beginners to IF

I'm looking to add something to my weight loss attempts and had heard about intermittent fasting. This book does a great job of telling me how to safely get started with it and even has recommended foods for eating healthy! Referring my friends to this one.

Just what I was looking for

I've been considering adding intermittent fasting to my routine for awhile now. This book was great for laying out everything I needed to know. I hadn't known that there was a lot more to IF than just weight loss.
