Best book on Buddhism and Mediation ever
I have already listened twice. Even though the explanations are clear and logical, the book is filled with rich information and paradoxes that you can't just listen to it once and get the full meaning. Just an outstanding book! Kudos to Zeus Milton!

Good, and calm
This is the first ever "self help" type book I have listened. Usually I just check out blogs in secret and try to deny that I really need help. But the truth is, I DO! I work so hard! Give so much! But...I am happy. My family is happy. This book has given light to many places that can be improved. So good and feeling calm after listening..
