Excellent Guide
I agree that you benefit most from affirmations when you say them right after you wake up and before going to bed. This is an excellent guide to help anyone live a better life, not just affirmations. I appreciate the instructions during every step, I felt like the narrator was there with me, guiding me. # 23 is my favorite, never give up on my dream, this meant the most to me because it is something I struggled with in the past.

Fully mindfulness and self esteem
We all roll in the same trap trying to find time to boost our inner peach and self-esteem, which most of us couldn't succeed in. It's been a challenging task since the beginning of the new material life era. With the help of this interactive book, I was able to get back on track and gather the misses pieces to be fully mindful and confident. The affirmations are well designed and set, and the way this audiobook was made is fabulous with the breaks and the music in the background. It made me interactive and practical. I highly recommend it.
