Self compassioner’s full fledged guide

The book describes the best methods and techniques to exercise self-compassion. One interesting thing the book does is breakdown the difference between self-compassion and self-esteem. I used to believe they were the same, but learned how to apply both methods of self-love.

Self-compassion has a deep, deep meaning

Self-compassion is a great topic. In today's world, it seems to be missing 100%. Thanks to this author, for bringing out this topic, we can create a better human. When we have better humans, we can have a better society. When we have a better society, we can create a better world. Self-compassion is massively human and we can work on that to bring out more within ourselves. Many people believe that happiness you can gather outside. Yes, but very temporally. If you want to be truly happy permanently, you have that all within you. Affirmations are the key to programming your mind to whatever you want. This book represents over 300 fantastic affirmations, you can work on daily. Other recommendations as hypnosis, etc. Highly recommend this book to dive deep into self-compassion topic

Great addition!!!

The author leads us in the journey to self compassion while explaining the techniques to improve self-compassion, how to combat self-doubt and face failures, chasing negativities, self-compassion is a relieving part of ourselves and push us to build self-worth. A four-week journal to achieve self-compassion, kindness, care, mercy, Warmth, and understanding will lead us to a belief to accept ourselves thus embracing self-compassion. A great addition to any collection!!!

Well-narrated.

The positivity given here is just awesome!

This is an essential book, as we are basically built in this society to feel less, and diminished. I loved listening to it, and I'll definitely listen more times! The positivity I've taken from it is more than necessary. It gives a four-week guided journaling activity, putting it into practice, which I think is great. We make plans for trips, financial life, etc... Why not invest in our self-kindness through amazing resources like this! Highly recommended!

A must-read for perfectionists and over-achievers!

This book feels like it was written just for me and it has helped me immensely. I work in a highly demanding environment and feel a lot of pressure to deliver perfection. I realized through this book that a lot of that pressure comes from within me, and that allowing myself grace and compassion will relieve a lot of the stress and anxiety I feel. My favorite part of this book is the section that discusses the three pillars of self-compassion. I now know exactly what I need to work on in order to cut myself more slack and feel good about doing that instead of beating myself up. I would highly recommend this book to others who struggle to be kind to themselves.

Teaches True SELF LOVE

I really loved this audiobook! There is so much heart and explanation put into this, I can tell that the author really care about what they wrote. Some points that really stood out to me were; Self compassion is a fundamental value fore being a sensible, good human. The world is full of the opposite but that doesn't mean that we have to be that way. When we seek out that feeling of togetherness and practicing of kindness, we have more emotional support.

The section of being inspired by famous personalities was great too, like the survival of mankind is unimaginable without compassion. Just that simple though evokes much inspiration to do the same. I highly recommend!
