As someone in a highly stressful job, I looked for an audiobook that I could listen to while I walked. This book exceeded my expectations. After a brief introduction, the author goes right into the content. There is no extra fluff in this book, just actionable tasks you can use to improve your life. After performing the exercises within the book, I identified my stressors, such as getting reminders for Zoom meetings, etc. The sections on mindset and managing your stress are invaluable and worth the cost of the book alone. If you have any amount of stress, you owe it to yourself to buy this audiobook now.

I'm so pleased with this audiobook purchase. During some dark times in my life, I looked to every resource I could think of - watched countless YouTube videos, listened to hours of podcasts, audiobooks, and even some time in therapy. I must say that this book was an extremely impactful resource to help get me back on my feet and overcome super stressful life events.

Some of my favorite parts of the book were stress coping mechanisms, resources that are available but not obvious, and strategies to think positively and prevent negative thoughts that lead to stress and anxiety.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I had to come back here to do my due diligence. So happy with this book and I absolutely recommend it to anyone dealing with stressful times!

As things become more challenging - there is a recession, wars are going on, jobs are changing, people are more depressed, etc., it is becoming more unbearable to deal with it all.
