Awesome Herbalism book for beginners!

Very thorough book!
This was really helpful and had so much more info than I expected. You can learn a lot as a beginner. But myself might be an amateur and found great info in ailments, cold and flu, healthy skin, and the chapter that teaches you how to make your own!! Highly recommended audio.

Health with herbs
As a nurse, I believe in science, but as a Christian, I also believe in alternative medicine. I have been having a hard time with my medicines making me feel like poop, so I wanted to find alternatives. This audiobook is amazing; the information is super easy to follow, and the recipes and recommendations are easy to replicate. The author does a great job at explaining how herbs can work in harmony with western medicine, not against. I highly recommend this book.
