Its a great book

We all wish to stay happy forever, like being in Heaven. What I discovered from this audiobook is that true happiness is more than exploring the fundamental nature of people whom we socialize with. Finding happiness is forgetting past feelings, and pleasures will come to you through peace. I can arm myself with the knowledge to find joy in my soul by reading, gaining self-awareness, and so on. The narrator and the story are great.
