We heal the world when we heal ourselves, which is an interesting statement I have never heard before. There is no such thing as a perfect life, so we all experience challenges. Love yourself more and integrate all your qualities through your shadow
As a Metaphysical coach and Astrologer, I am always looking for new ways to integrate different teaching practices to help my clients to better love themselves.
I love the way that the integration of both the archetypes in the shadows of the archetypes presented by Young gave a deeper insight into the Self.
The author presents a beautiful PDF in addition to the audiobook, which I enjoyed and had gorgeous, formatting, and amazing pictures as well.
The idea of having a guide, a workbook, and also journal prompts is ideal to me to be able to combine all of the techniques effectively that are outlined.
I would recommend this for anyone that wants to learn the basics, but also have a system to follow that’s easy and a built-in journaling system.

So good I even wrote down quotes for my desk
"Self-actualization the process of becoming who you truly are, is the closest that you will get to perfection."
Since there is no such thing as perfection, this helps you on a journey of self-actualization. It is about accepting your journey ... even the darkest moments. By truly accepting them (not judging them or pushing them away) you are able to feel calm in your life. It helps you see "triggers" and then it allows you to be aware of them so that your reaction or response can be different moving forward.
I found this very helpful on many levels. I re-visited things that I hadn't truly taken the time to fully understand. The explanations are gentle and encouraging. And the prompts are thought-provoking. Would recommend to anyone who wants to be a better version of themselves.
