Body Transformation Through Hypnosis

This book changed my mind about weight loss hypnosis. Aside from the affirmations, the guided meditations were really helpful in changing my mindset about food, especially with junk food cravings. I found it was a slow and gentle beginning to weight loss. I am in the process of developing a healthy relationship with food. The positive affirmations were uplifting and kept me motivated each day. Hypnotized by Results

I've tried every diet under the sun. Nothing sticks. I’m tired of feeling yucky in my own skin. This book felt like a last resort, but I was desperate. It's like having a super chill coach in your ear. It talks about changing your mindset and eating habits, not just counting calories. There’s a part about emotional eating that really hit home. I eat when I'm bored or stressed, not hungry. The book helped me see that.
