Guidance

I found guidance, understanding about how a break up affects one mentally and emotionally and options for next steps that were very helpful. I usually don’t like short books, but in this instance, I’m glad it’s short. I can go back and listen gain and again as often as I like.

Dissapointed

If your like me and your dorm mate from freshman year was dating a psych major, you don't need to buy this book. It's a gussied up version of the information you'd find if you googled "dealing with a break up."
