Excellent Toolkit

This turned out to be a most excellent set of books! I was hooked from the start and gained more fascination about these combined topics as I listened on. Definitely worth the money...

I think what I enjoyed most about this book was that it was masterfully detailed and well paced. I was able to learn techniques that can really help, and there were plenty of pauses and spaces to allow the full effect of the experience to sink in. This is clearly a book to hang onto and refer back to often when needed. It is very thorough and extensive. I plan to use this not only to help myself but other loved ones going through challenging times.

This is great for anyone who struggles with stress

I'm a chiropractor, and this author does such a great job of explaining what the Vagus Nerve is, its affect on how your body deals with stress, and how to improve it. The exercises are really great and easy to follow along with. I absolutely loved the meditation section - it's very relaxing. If you deal with any type of stress, anxiety, or PTSD, I feel like this book set could be incredibly helpful for you.

EMDR Amazing Techniques

Emotional Trauma is most certainly difficult. Some people may have some trauma without even knowing. EMDR is certainly a new topic for some, but having this book as a way to learn about it and applying it to better ones life, is certainly a relief. I didn't know what the Vagus nerve even was before this book, now I know how to stimulate it to ease my anxiety and my constant stresses, and now i know how to apply it on my day to day. Fully recommend.

A neurological and bodily powerhouse

Archer Miles (author) is obviously no stranger when it comes to reprograming the subconscious mind and also maintaining a sense of control over bodily/nervous system functions via the vagus nerve.
