About this listen

Molly was no stranger to life's little detours. After the last upheaval, she left her family's law firm to become a maintenance technician on the space station Bradbury 12. When an accident knocks her off her feet, she's going to have to draw on all her resilience to get back up. First, though, she's going to have to figure out how to talk to the big, blue alien trying to help her.

There wasn't supposed to be a space station where Mintonar's ship emerged from the galactic bridge. As far as they knew, there wasn't supposed to be intelligent life on the planet, either. Proof of how wrong they were is laying in his medical bay, and it's his job to save her. When he touches her, his life turns upside down and his mission suddenly includes figuring out why everything inside him insists she's his mate. And convincing her of the same thing, especially when they don't even speak the same language.

Contains mature themes.

Good Storyline

Great book! Good characters was a little bit slow getting started but it held my interest! Turned out great and I'm going to check out more from this author!

Surprised after reading last review

This book actually kept me fairly interested the entire time. I did have to speed it up 2x, but I am going to read/listen to the next book - it isn’t something I will listen to all the time, but it is a cute series I plan to follow. My #1 complaint is the heroine has an issue with her “middle age” at 36! I’d give anything to be 36 again!

The Alien's Accidental Bride

C.V. Walker has created loveable, strong characters in Molly and Minotaur. Each page tempts you to turn it and continue reading to learn more about the characters. Set in the not-so-distant future, it centers around a strong young woman who must make some challenging decisions for her life. In doing so, she meets the love of her life. The story is compelling, erotic, and a must read.

The love, attraction & acceptance of an alien & a human.

I liked character's personalities, the story line & the narrator's performance. I just would've liked a little more at the end... or...that there was sequel to include more about Aiden, the offspring & perhaps the rest of the ship's personnel. Adding that there were other romances & happily more offspring.

A great start!

The beginning of this world is so far more along the lines of ethical space travelers and we all love our big blue, horned aliens. So…let me think of the new keywords the AI bothers with: great world building, engaging storyline, sweet romance (despite some coercion), cute love story…I don’t know…it’s was better than the very repetitive alien romances.

Awesome beginning

This is a great story. An awesome beginning to an excellent series. I am looking forward to the next one in audio. I have already read the Kindle versions. I can't wait for more. Highly recommend. Good narration. if you are a fan of this genre you will not regret it.

Didn’t finish

One minute she is working on repairing part of the space station and the next moment she wakes up in an alien medical unit. At first, they cannot communicate, but up to the point where I finally gave it up she never once asked about what happened to her space station coworkers or if she could contact her son to let him know she is alive. This is understandable when they couldn’t communicate but up to Chapter 11 after they were communicating she was still more interested in her romance and the medical equipment. She never brought up what happened. I, as the audience, apparently was more interested in that then she was. She came across as being extremely narcissistic. I guess I will never find out how she ended up on that alien space ship but now I don’t care. The narration was OK, I just didn’t get any warm fuzzies from it.
