This buffet of real research into happiness works
Super Happy is a journey with humour, images, stories and suggestions for those of us who find that the elusive state of contentment has been missing in our lives. Since COVID, this has certainly been an issue for the majority of my friends, and for myself.
Super Happy is a breath of Fresh air to read at this time. This easy to read and understand book encompasses a myriad of respected theories by renowned authors combined with the expertise of Dr. David Kaufman -(the researcher and Author).
"Super Happy" begins the journey by offering a buffet of concepts about achieving Happiness along the road of life. With clarity, examples and references to other spiritual leaders; we see how learning and practicing a variety of spiritual practices help us join others on their travels along the road of Happiness .
Personally, I believe that by applying many of the many strategies that I choose in the book; I will be on my way on this journey! Since reading and then listening to Super Happy, I have felt energized and optimistic about being in the moment with gratitude , and focus. Thank You , Dr. David Kaufman for writing this delightful and pleasurable and motivating Super Happy book!
