Mental happiness is achieved by an individual by doing away with stress, anxiety, and depression. I do enjoy listening this book as I learn tons of helpful ideas and tips that I should apply to myself.

One of the best audio books I have listened on the basics of Happiness for Beginners. The process to follow is clearly laid out and easy to follow with variations included that fit the needs of different people. Recommended for the novice as a good introduction and how to get started on your own. Good job to the author as well as the narrator. Great job!

The happiness theme of this book is what I ended up liking the most about the story. During her wilderness survival course the main character, Helen meets a bright young woman who teaches her that we write the story of our lives.
