Found a new approach to achieve success


I recently finished listening to the audiobook "Steady Success: Mastering the Art of Consistency," and I must say, it has mpacted my approach to achieving lasting success. In a world where instant gratification often takes center stage, this book offers a refreshing and practical guide to the transformative power of consistent effort.

A paradigm that eclipses the grind mentality

In recent years, I have been struggling with hormonal and adrenal exhaustion, and probably just about every other kind of exhaustion you could think of. It was hard for me to even sit and read a page of text, let alone grind 16 hours a day. And as a budding entrepreneur, I felt the sting of self-blame when I could barely get 45 minutes of work done a day. However, when you pay attention, you actually notice that the universe has a funny way of putting you right where you need to be. What I mean by that is that because I had become extremely limited in terms of my energy, I had to find a way to be effective in my business, health, and relationships with very little gas in the tank. And the incredible life lesson I got from this is that CONSISTENCY IS KEY! This means that learning to optimize the tiny bit of energy I had on important tasks led to monolithic, compounding results in pretty much every area of my life. An example of this is just dedicating myself to only 1 hour of work on my business per day because even that was too much for me sometimes. And there were basically very few to zero 8-hour grind days involved (not that there’s anything wrong with that - if I had the energy, which I believe I will in time, then I would be grinding this much, too). I had better results than ever before with only this 1 hour of work per day. And this kind of optimization/consistency paradigm is what I.H.T Publishing brings about in the listener: a sense of optimization that, in my opinion, eclipses the old idea of grind, grind, grind and FEELING like you are busy instead of getting done what actually needs to get done. I love this book, its teachings, and everything it stands for. I recommend it for really hitting home a powerful set of mindset principles that work for basically every area of life.
