Easy and "doable" exercises!

The chair exercises are fun and easy to do! I love that there is a 21-day plan as well as breathing exercises to relieve stress and improve mental wellness. There is something for everyone of all levels in this book. The author has included't Yoga for balance. This book focuses on improving quality of life and if followed that is exactly what it will do.
