Masterful!

Wow! In the 20 minutes of Chapter 2 - The masterful choreography of deliciously exquisite sounds, guided meditation, and diaphragmatic belly breathing result in the experience of inner peace and well being. Wow!
For the past month, every morning I take my blood pressure prior to experiencing Chapter 2 and again after. The results are remarkable: yesterday morning Before 111 / 78 - After 104 / 73; this morning Before 117 / 79 - After 99 / 71. Wow!

Soothing & Effective Meditations

The guidance on these meditations is spot on - easy to follow, perfectly timed, and effective in creating a relaxing experience. The narrators voice is extremely soothing to listen to and the sound healing music in the background enhances the meditations, helping me to drop easily into a super calm headspace.

I love the body scan, which I had never done before purchasing this album, and the sleep meditation knocks me out pretty early on, which means it’s doing it’s job.

I will continue to use on a regular basis and highly recommend for anyone who is looking for more peace and calm in their life.
