Genuinely Awful, Not a Study Guide
If you’re looking for a book to give you facts, information, HR knowledge that will be found on the PHR exam, this isn’t it. Explains why the certification is important (if you’re here you already know that), explains how the test is broken up, how to schedule the test, how to prepare for it, and then practice test. I guess the practice tests are where they have chosen to give you information versus a guide that you study and then test after. Wastes a credit for sure.

Not worth the 7 hours.
This does not cover all HR functions and does not cover HR laws. This book reiterates the same study guide over and over. Don't waste your time and money.
