It was insightful
It’s a generalization of HR if you work in the field, I don’t really think you need this book but it’s a good tool to have. I don’t regret purchasing the book I was able to get through the book in about a week. I had to listen a little at a time. I did learn a few new things, but overall information that I already was aware of.
