This is the most straight forward, actionable book on Note investing today. I wish all real estate investing books were like this one!

There's a lot to learn here

I’ve been trying to get into investing a bit more as well as diversify my small portfolio, so I’ve been picking up some alternative investment books and audiobooks. I’m glad I picked this one up because I learned a lot from it.

It’s all about alternative forms of real estate (RE) investing — specifically, using other people’s debt and money to make profits from RE without dealing with the pains of it. The book talks about avoiding the three T’s of RE investing: termites, toilets, and tenants.

Though it doesn’t totally sound feasible, it is possible to avoid such headaches by buying RE-related notes on secondary markets. That’s what this book covers in detail. Okay, that, and a few other things. I learned a lot of great info and new, useful terms, and I definitely hope to put that knowledge to good use some day soon.

If you are like me and you are looking for new ways of investing, this book is for you. The author really breaks down the strategy you have to use and even a beginner will be equipped to start. The accompanying PDF is amazing! I feel smarter after listening to this book and most important I have found a way to generate a new stream of income,

Easy to listen to

The content is very thorough and structured but not boring. Chose the perfect narrator as he also made it easy to listen to! I also like how there was a bit of humor thrown into some part; always nice to chuckle a little, especially with an investing book

Great Information!

The title of this book caught my attention. I had no idea what to expect, but I like money and I have dabbled in investing, so I figured it was worth the credit. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of detailed information on how someone can invest in real estate notes and actually make money doing it. I had no idea this was actually a thing. The author lays out all the information in an easy-to-understand format and the narrator was actually easy to listen to for over three hours. I feel like I have a new area of investing to get involved in now, I was asleep at the wheel. The step-by-step guide to this whole process gave me everything I needed to get started. Definitely worth your time and your money!
