Read this book first!
Honestly, I wish I had read this book before I flipped a single piece of property. This book covers a wide range of topics from how and why you can acquire property, 2 very creative ways to finance deals to make them happen. So much good information here that you don't hear in other places. I highly recommend this book before you do anything else. This includes joining a group, or hiring a guru, or anything of the sort. This will give you a good lay of the land to determine a path forward and what particular niche of land flipping you want to dabble in.

Awesome info for a beginner land flipper!
I found The Land Flipper after stumbling upon an undivided interest in an 80 acre tract that needed some problems solved. It’s taken me down the road of learning about the land flipping business, of which I had never even considered. This book is a great resource for those learning the methods within your local market.
