Great book
When I saw the audio book, I was concerned that it would be narrated by someone else and was happy to hear Peter’s own voice. It felt more natural as if he were just talking.
The information is great, a nice survey of CRE with several nice indicators and tips to use.

Scrapes the surface
Simple, quick book that gets the listener into the mindset of a real estate entrepreneur. It can be a tough listen at times with the narrator stumbling and mumbling a bit. Not a bad place to start of you just want to gain your bearings in confusing and intimidating space. Falls off at the end
