very informative and in depth book. I'd recommend.

I had a little knowledge on subject2 mortgage take over, and really liked this book a lot. Great information, my only suggestion on any possible revised edition would be to cover more on how or where to get closing attorneys or title companiea to close on these unique deals to put it all together even more cohesive, and it's a good book regardless.

Good intro into this topic

being an investor with some previous experience, this book meant a little more to me then I think most amateur investors. The websites it mentioned are no longer up and it seemed to be more of a promotion for his classes. But good overall strategies depicted.

This is the REAL DEAL! Amazing!

If you have to read/listen to one book about real estate, this is it. The book covers the concept of buying/selling properties without using any banks and uses very creative strategies to do so. Basically, instead of "fix-and-flipping" houses, you are fix-and-flipping the PAPERS! The author goes at great length to show real people doing it. Open your mind to the possibilities and obtain the knowledge that can get you from zero to hero.

Absolute must listen to this book!
