Good high level overview
I found this book well written and very easy to follow. it was a high level overview that captured all the main points of private lending. I would have given it five stars, but it didn't really go deep enough into the details to provide me with a lot of value. it really just validated what I already knew and now I'll look for more books that get a little more granular

Great Read!
Jeff really lays the groundwork for what is needed to start the journey in private lending. If you’re just beginning or experienced I would suggest 10/10 times.
