Publisher's summary
Intermittent fasting for senior women is finally explained....
Have you ever wondered what to eat to stay beautiful, healthy, and fit even if you hit your 50s?
Menopause is a natural transition in every woman’s life where the body goes through a radical change. Maybe you suffer from abdominal bloating or you feel nervous, stressed, or you'd simply like to slim your hips....
The University Neuroscience Department has stated that intermittent fasting is an effective and safe way to fight the uncomfortable effects of menopause. In fact, it helps to preserve proper cellular health, improves blood glucose regulation, and reduces the inflammatory response. Doing IF isn’t like following a common diet full of renunciations and often even dangerous, but an innovative way to manage your meals and lose weight, detox your body, and stay healthy without losing skin tone.
In this audiobook, you’ll discover a revolutionary IF approach suitable for your needs. Unlike other books, this proven, easy-to-understand method will allow you to lose weight naturally, regain your lost shape, and feel comfortable with your age according to modern scientific research.
You’ll learn:
- The “untold” causes of menopause weight gain
- What intermittent fasting is and how it really works
- What does science say?
- The must-know effects on health and aging
- Which type of IF you should choose according to your body
- Foods and drinks to eat and to avoid anti-aging “superfoods”
- How to plan your IF diet without boring meals, going hungry, or counting calories
- The final healthy lifestyle - tips and tricks to stay healthy after 50
- And more!
You won't have to cook elaborate recipes that take a lot of time. Also, even if you've been disappointed in the past after failing diets, by following the “no-risk” advice in this guide, you'll finally be on the right path to regain an amazing physical shape that will leave everyone amazed.

When two Stanford graduate students set out to create a new kind of cigarette that wouldn’t kill them, they didn’t foresee all the obstacles that lay ahead — or the powerful forces their invention would unleash. Nearly 10 years after the launch of the JUUL, Backfired: The Vaping Wars asks: Could e-cigarettes have been the solution to one of the world’s most pressing public health problems—or was this technology doomed to introduce a whole new generation to nicotine, and end up perpetuating an intractable addiction?

Terrific recipes for any diet plan.
Although the science of this diet was explained ad nauseam, and made me want to quit listen, the recipes are outstanding. I've made several so far and each one was better than the previous one.

This book seems to be translated to English from another language which makes the listen a bit odd at times. This book is ok, but there better books about IF.
