love this! my son recently died of cancer and this led me down a 180 in health for my family. i had no idea about health until my son relapsed and they gave us no other options except hospice so i discovered the integrative world of medicine and haven’t turned back. my son had so many issues in his gut in hindsight that i had no idea. had antibiotics, chronic constipation, i saw parasites come out. he had impaired immune function! it was all spot on. i just found out too late and he died of PEs in 11/2023.
. the recipes, especially for smoothies, was so helpful. these diseases are preventable! i had toxin panels done on 2 of my sons and have proof on why it is so important to eat organic and clean! i’ve recommended this to so many. thank you for your help and the guide. the fiber recommendations. the added sugar recommendations. omg sugar is everywhere. the dyes…. i just could go on and on. thank you dr song.

Very thorough
I love how detailed and informative this book is. I’m so excited to print all of the guides so I can best help my son when he inevitably gets sick without all the harmful ingredients in modern medicine. Thank you Dr. Song!

This is a REQUIRED reading for parents of kids of any age.
Incredibly valuable, so much so I bought the hard copy to keep on the shelf as a reference ‘manual’ for when my little one inevitably gets sick. But this book helps avoid sickness in the first place by addressing ROOT CAUSE of most issues (the gut, diet, nutritional deficiencies, etc.). I just wish more pediatricians knew this information.
