A Self Help Book Which Really Helped

The voice of Bruce Murdock narrating this book was captivating, and managed to entice and get me to want to hear the full audiobook.
The content of the book definitely enriched my understanding of relationships and how I would want to achieve success within my love life. It was so easy to listen to.
I thoroughly enjoyed hearing the cases this author/therapist wrote about, because it made it feel so relatable to real life and to how, where and when we experience connections in love.
Very impressed by the detailing of how trauma affects our connections and the chapter on how sometimes “intimacy can breed contempt” or how it can further more closeness.
I will be sharing this audiobook with others I know. It felt life altering.
