For many years, I have been experiencing feelings of insecurity, self-doubt, overthinking, and a lack of self-confidence. This has led to isolation and a sense of being overwhelmed. Additionally, I have struggled with anxiety and depression, which have further compounded these issues. I have found myself procrastinating and feeling stuck in a negative cycle. These challenges trace back to my childhood, where I was often the scapegoat and faced blame and abuse.
Despite these difficulties, I am hopeful for a brighter future and am committed to personal growth and improvement.

You need to heard this if you’re suffering from anxiety
This book helped me understand many things I didn't understand about myself. It has helped me to think more positively about others and myself. If you're an overthinker, you should definitely read this book.

Kinda bait and switch
No where did it say it was Bible based scriptures that were going to be told. I was under the impression that is a self help book mind you I’m not a believer so I don’t need scriptures nor believe that stuff… I would have not bought it had I known. Has some good points about dealing with overthinking and anxiety but every time it goes to the Bible stuff it a downer…. I want my $$$ back.
