pretty rubbish story this time

other books were much better. story far too contrived to be close to make logical sense. l hope next one is better. you can skip this book in the series as it changes nothing.

Best book yet

it is rare for a series to get better as it goes along but this one does it.

GO!GO! gadget juicer...! POW! POW!POW!

Really fun and engaging story...even better than usual! Exciting as usual but "the Eldest" is even funnier than usual to me. Great installment and unsurprisingly can't wait till the next one of course! 😉😄

Another great addition to the Ant story.

Again Jeff Hayes knocks it out of the ballpark, but he couldn't have done it without such a great story and great supporting cast (Annie Ellicot) Thank GOD this story doesn't have Dorrie Sacks narrating. Sadly, she ruins any story with her awful whiney voice.

Great but dwells

Love the series! This one felt like it was one prolonged battle at a single gate. It’s in the title but dang- I’ll probably skip over this one when I re-listen to the series for the next book but I am still getting the next!

Loved it

Another great installment in one of my favorite series. Nice blend of action and humor in a story I really enjoy. Doesn’t overdue the stats etc and Jeff Hayes and Anne ellicot continue to be fantastic voice actors!

Great Story But Long-Winded

Enjoying this series! But Book 5 seemed to drag at times...especially the 31 Part Seige arc

Really pleasantly surprised

First of all shout out to sound booth theater. They kill it and just nail the ant voices in particular.

Second. I had the first three books in my library for a while after buying them on sale and here I am week later after listening to all the books that are out. It’s just a fun time and isn’t taking itself too seriously while adding some stakes and logical motivations.

Really glad I gave this series a chance.
