Very informative
Omg! I didn't realize how many books there were on chakras until I started looking into them for better understanding. I chose this book because based on its title, I felt it would offer more of a breakdown of information which, is exactly what I needed. I was not at all disappointed and this had become a great reference whenever I need to remember or refresh my understanding of the material.
