Make ADHD Your Superpower

This is a great audiobook for how to deal with time management and productivity better with an ADHD brain. The strategies are super easy to follow. There's not a lot of fluff and the author gets right to the point. It almost seemed like this book was a roadmap for what to do next. The PDF copy that's included is a nice addition that makes it even easier to follow and great for referencing back on. If you're someone who has ADHD, give this book a listen, I have no doubt it'll help you!

Encouraging Read for Adults with ADHD

I’ve read a lot of books about ways to improve the daily functioning of adults with ADHD that need help improving their focus and productivity, but this one offers a more manageable solution with its 7-week steps. This author really gets it and I can see positive results already. This is one resource I will keep in my library and refer to often.

Master focus and boycott overwhelm

The author is so right when they bring attention to the fact that the majority of productivity and “go get em” advice, tactics, and strategies are usually all but ineffective when met with the traits of an ADHD individual. However, this does not mean that there is no way to maintain productivity and grow, not at all. In fact, we must just look at things a little differently, and this is where Estelle Rose really shines in offering listener with ADHD a myriad of powerful strategies and approaches to master focus, boycott overwhelm (this could be a book itself!), calming the ADHD brain, and so much more, all with science-backed approaches that are known to get results.

Super Relatable

This is an amazing book. Super relatable. I love that while this book gives you the tools to help manage & work with your adhd but it also addresses that you need to address your adhd at its core. If you are not able to address your ADHD at its core root causes then it’s gonna be very hard to cope with your ADHD and work with it and make it successful for yourself and this book really helps with that. Even my husband who was listening to it secondhand with me started going “wow I do that.”, “Oh, I do that too.”, “oh this makes so much sense.” Neither of us have been diagnosed with ADHD. I know I have ADHD and my husband is now thinking. Maybe he has a small mild form of it as he found this book relatable as well and I love being able to include my husband‘s thoughts in my reviews because I feel helps give more credence that it’s not just my point of view you’re listening to. The narrator is perfect. Calm, understanding, & comforting voice. Excellent job.
