    Hi there!

No matter which type of video you create for your

next campaign, there are some tips and best practices

    worth keeping in mind.

    * Be Mindful of Different Learning Styles

Keep in mind that people learn differently and what

works for one person may not work for another.

This is why it's important to create a wide variety

    of video types and styles.

Get too specific or complex and you may lose your

    audience.

Keep your tone conversational and friendly. While

you always want to portray your business in the most

professional way possible, it's important that you

come across as relatable and approachable.

    * Focus on Stories, not Sales!

If you truly want to connect with your audience

and build trust, it's important that you focus on

creating videos that offer exceptional value.

This means you don't want to only create videos

that are purely focused on driving sales.

Instead, try to create a series of videos that

tell a story. The more authentic you are, the easier

it will be to connect to your audience.

And you can do this easily through story-telling

based videos that share personal stories and

experiences that your audience will relate to.

    * Make it Interactive

Consider the different ways you can create

interactive videos, such as via live streaming.

These type of videos encourage feedback such

as Q&A sessions or the ability to leave comments

and in turn, this can drive engagement and boost

    exposure.

It's also a great way to build a relationship

with your target audience because you're allowing

them to be a part of the event.

    And most importantly,

    * Use the first 5 seconds wisely!

You only have a very short time to capture (and keep)

attention. In fact, the average attention span is

    now only 8.5 seconds.

    Yikes!

This means that the opening seconds of your video

need to start with a hook. Then, keep them watching

by keeping your content focused, highly-relevant

    and useful and short.

    Until next time

    Hi there!

    You've created a high-quality video for your

    business.

You're confident it will get people excited about

your products, build brand awareness and help

you connect with your target audience.

You can't wait to share it with the world.

    What next?

Distributing your video on the right channels is

    essential for your video’s success.

Without planning a distribution strategy, you'll

waste all the hard work you put into creating that

    amazing video!

To help you get started, here are 4 platforms

    worth checking out:

    1: YouTube

Of course, the titan of all video-based communities

should be at the top of your list.

YouTube makes it easy to attract highly-targeted,

free traffic and will boost exposure as it's often

one of the first things that appear in search.

In fact, if there's a video available that matches

a users search engine inquiry, most often YouTube

    will be the first result!

    2: LinkedIn

Viewers on LinkedIn prefer explainer videos so that

they can get a feel for what a business is about

    quickly.

And with the live streaming option, you can broadcast

    product launches and company events.

Tip: Try to keep your video to 20-30 seconds for brand

awareness content and use videos that are 2-4 minutes for

    educational-based-content.

    3: Email

When you integrate videos into email-based content you

    can:

    • Reinforce your brand.

    • Level up your emails with exciting, and engaging content.

    • Pique the reader’s interest and motivate them to explore

    your website.

    • Encourage them down the funnel.

Videos in email also keeps your brand at the forefront of

    your prospects’ minds.

4: Video Hub on your own website!

You can easily create a video library for your website

that includes a playlist of all your available clips.

It's a great way to boost SEO because you'll keep

people only our website longer, and it will also increase

engagement because visitors will be able to browse through

all your video content in one spot.

    Until next time

    Hi there!

Video marketing has many incredible benefits, but there’s

one that stands above all the others:

    They will drastically improve SEO!

Search engine optimization is an important part in every

    marketing strategy.

After all, a well-optimized page can generate tons of

highly-targeted traffic to your website, and guide

    prospects into your sales funnel.

In addition, today, search algorithms are increasingly

    prioritizing pages that include videos.

Not only will videos help you rank for relevant

searches, but they will keep people on your website

longer, which will boost your chances of making it

to the first page of Google! :)

In fact, people spend over twice as long on a page that

    features video-based content!

Don't overlook the power of video content. Think about

where and how you might include it on your webpages and

use it on any page that's relevant.

For example, if you have a product demo video you should

embed it on your sales page, but you might also include

a variance on other ecommerce or product pages.

Or, if you publish a blog you could include videos

on your best content pages, particularly longer posts

where bite-size videos could help a viewer better

    understand in-depth information.

Finally, if you have an About Us page, or a FAQ page,

you should also consider including videos in those

    key areas as well.

When it comes to improving SEO with videos, the

key is to embed your content on a page that includes

    text-based content as well.

Just make sure that the rest of the content on the

page is relevant to your video and based on the same

    theme and topic.

You also don't want to forget to optimize your videos

in other ways as well, including:

    * Create eye-catching thumbnails

Your thumbnails need to be attractive so they

stand out to your audience, but they should also

    be informative.

This means you'll want to include the title of your

video and then ensure the image itself correctly

    represents your topic.

    * Use Tags

You'll want to include keywords in your title tags

that are relevant. Don't keyword stuff or use

keywords that don't relate to your content. If you do,

    Google will penalize you.

    * Contextual Video Description

Your video descriptions should be relatively short,

    highly focused, and include keywords.

Google bots scan your video description so you'll want

to make sure to accurately describe what your content

is about and use only highly relevant keywords.

    * Include a Video Transcript

This is one of the best ways to optimize your video

for search. Transcripts comprise of the text that appears

    in your video’s closed captions.

They may also appear in the comments below the video.

And just like Google crawls other text associated to

your videos, they also crawl the transcript for SEO

    ranking.

Plus, video transcripts make your videos more accessible

    to a larger audience

    So, don't overlook it!

    Until next time

    Hi there!

When it comes to creating successful video marketing

campaigns, it all comes to down one main thing:

    CTA's!

It's important that you always optimize your content

with a clear and concise direct call-to-action (CTA).

Keep in mind that a CTA doesn't always mean you're

directing viewers to a sales page or lead page, though.

    You could also:

    * Ask them to subscribe to your channel.

    * Ask them to share your video with friends.

    * Ask them to comment.

    * Ask them to follow or like your page.

As for where you should place a CTA in your videos,

there are a few common positions that will boost

    your chances at success:

    1: Pre-roll Calls to Action

These CTA's appear at the very start of your video.

The first few seconds is the most important part

of your video. You need to keep the CTA short and

direct. Then, move directly into the most helpful,

    high-value content possible.

Tip: The most effective YouTube pre-roll ad length

    is between 15-30 seconds.

    2: Mid-roll Calls to Action

This CTA can be anywhere from the very beginning

of your video to the very end. Regardless where

you include them, they're designed to target

your viewers when they are most engaged.

    3: Post-roll Calls to Action

These CTA's appear at the very end of your video.

Again, you need to keep your call-to-action short

otherwise you'll quickly lose the interest of

    your audience.

They should also be easy to do and crystal-clear.

If you want a viewer to subscribe, ask them directly

to do so. If you want them to visit a lead page,

provide the URL in the video, (ensuring it's short),

and again in the video description.

Don't leave people guessing what to do next. Every

video needs to include at least one CTA in order to

    be effective.

Pro Tip: By far, CTA's at the end of videos will

give you the highest level of engagement so make

sure to always include one in your post-roll.

Every video should have one clear objective, from

visits to lead pages, app downloads, leading people

to social pages, encouraging email signups to maximizing

    sales.

Once you define the main objective of each video,

your CTA will practically write itself!

    Until next time!

    Hi there!

Today, we're talking about how you can use a

combination of the power of video marketing with

the traffic volume available on Facebook/Meta.

Are you currently using the Meta platform to grow

    your audience?

If not, now is a great time to get started!

The organic reach of videos that are featured on

Facebook/Meta is 135% higher than that of images.

In fact, Facebook has more than 300 million video

    views per week!

So if you're looking to get people interested in your

brand, posting a Facebook video could be the catalyst

to taking your business to the next level. :)

Let's take a quick look at just a few of the ways

you can reach people with video ads:

    Stories:

Create engaging and interactive videos on both

Facebook and Messenger that highlight your brand

    and your core values.

    Playables:

Let people enjoy a test drive of your gaming app

    with an interactive preview!

    Slideshow:

You can easily turn text and static images into

    attention-grabbing videos using Slideshow.

    Carousel:

Create an ad that includes two or more videos

(or images) and stand out from the crowd.

With video, you can communicate your message in

a way that nothing else compares to.

Video content helps you connect with your audience,

builds brand awareness and recognition and ultimately

can leave an ever-lasting impression in the minds of

    potential buyers.

Spend some time researching the available options on

Facebook and then decide how best to use the power of

videos to bring in new business!

    Until next time!

    Hi there!

Did you know that videos can breathe new life into

your marketing campaigns in a way that few other

    strategies can?

To start, let's take a closer look at each stage

    of the typical customer journey.

    1: Awareness

At the top of your funnel, you’ll find people

who are unfamiliar with your brand. This is the

stage when they have just discovered your business.

In addition, many people in this phase don't even

    understand their own pain points.

In this phase, you are offering helpful and valuable

information but asking nothing in return. Not just yet!

This is the time to build trust between your brand

    and your audience.

In this phase, videos that highlight your brand

in a positive way, as well as content designed

to get people excited about your products or

    services works best.

    2: Consideration

The next brand awareness stage is made up of people

who are aware of your brand but haven’t yet formed

their opinion or made the decision whether to

    purchase or not.

In this phase, video-based case studies and

testimonials as well as short explainer videos

    work best.

Product demos and comparison videos are also

    surefire winners.

The goal in this phase is to educate your

audience and answer any questions they may have.

    3: Conversion

In this stage, you'll find potential customers

who are interested in your brand and are on the

    verge of buying.

They've done their research, they've watched some

of your other videos and they've likely subscribed

    to your list.

At this stage, you should focus on creating videos

    that feature additional testimonials!

Social proof works best when there's plenty of it.

    4: Retention

In this stage you are working on retaining

    customers and encouraging repeat sales.

Personalized thank-you videos work great at

keeping customers engaged with your brand.

You could also create videos that provide

    walk-through guides or instructional-based

content that helps your customers use your

    products.

    Finally, consider rewarding your customer

base with exclusive offers or sneak peeks at

    upcoming items and services.

    According to SocialMediaToday.com, 90% of

shoppers say that video content helps them

    make buying decisions.

So if you haven't yet begun to integrate video

throughout your sales funnel, now is the perfect

    time to do it.

    Until next time!

    Hi there!

Video marketing is more popular than ever before.

Brands, both small and large, are using video to

connect with their audiences in a deeper, more

    meaningful way.

Videos are the best way to show behind-the-scenes

content, showcase product demos and provide customer

    testimonials that highlights your brand.

    And that's not all!

Videos aren't just about capturing the attention of

current customers. They are powerful tools at helping

to educate, entertain and excite new prospects who

are just starting to learn about your business.

They're also incredibly effective in the retention

phase, when you are focused on encouraging repeat

sales or want to introduce your existing customer

base to available upgrades or auxiliary components

that add value to existing purchases.

    In other words:

The goal of a video marketing funnel is to:

    * Capture your audience's attention

    * Educate them

    * Convert them into paying customers

    * Retain customers

Regardless where a customer is in your sales funnel,

every video you create should be designed to educate.

An educational video with the right placement can be a

much-needed answer to prospects who are actively searching

for information in the hopes of finding a solution to their

    problem.

Your educational-based video content will provide them

with a deeper and clearer insight into their pain points

and how your business can help them improve their situation,

overcome a challenge and ultimately upgrade their life.

Specifically, educational videos work to attract your audience’s

attention in the early stages (awareness, top of the funnel),

but they should also be used throughout the rest of the funnel.

Here are a few different types of educational content you

    should consider:

1: Live Streams on Social Media

A live stream is a fantastic way to share information with

your audience in real-time. It is a fun and interactive

format, where you can open up the floor to questions,

demonstrate how a new product works or simply announce an

    upcoming launch.

    2: Product Demos

Videos that demonstrate how your product works is a

very effective way to get people excited about your

business. It also allows for potential customers to

get a better feel for your products so that the value

of what you are offering them is crystal clear.

    3: How-to Videos

These videos walk your audience through the process of

completing a series of steps or a specific task.

You'll want to keep these videos short and concise,

focusing on breaking down the process into simple steps.

    Hi!

Welcome to the final email about live video marketing!

We hope this has been both helpful and enjoyable.

Before we close off, we have one more important thing to

    cover: optimization.

Once you get into the rhythm of producing live videos, the

next step is to evaluate your performance and optimize.

This way, you get more bang for your buck (and effort).

You might think that live video can’t be optimized since

    everything happens in real time.

However, live videos are indexed on search engines just like

any other type of content. What’s more, there are always ways

to improve the quality of the live video itself.

    Check Your Wifi Connection:

A live video that freezes, has choppy audio, or pixelated

video is a bad live video.

Regardless of how much effort you put into your planning

    and how engaging you are.

Studies show that if viewers can’t understand what’s going

on for more than 90 seconds, they’ll leave.

Use an internet speed test to check if your internet’s upload

speed is good enough for your live video.

This will depend on the size of the video you’re trying to

    stream.

A good rule of thumb is that your upload speed should be double

    the size of your video.

Besides getting a better wifi plan, you can also improve your

    connection by:

    * Connecting via cable/ethernet if possible.

    * Moving closer to the router.

    * Closing browsers, tabs, and apps that you don’t need for

    the live video.

    * Removing or disconnecting devices that you don’t need for

    the live video.

    Get Better With Your Equipment:

If you decide to invest in some hardware for live video, take

some time to learn exactly how to use it.

For example, learn how to use your camera on manual settings,

adjust your mic’s settings, or set up your lights properly.

Doing so gives you more creative control over your live video,

and can improve the streaming quality by leaps and bounds.

Of course, hardware isn’t the only way you can optimize your

    live video.

Best practices in search engine optimization (SEO) also apply to

    live video!

Think About Your Keywords, Titles, and Descriptions:

Keywords are how search engines identify what a specific piece

    of content is about.

If you’re not ranking on the right keywords, your content won’t

    reach the right people.

Conduct keyword research to create a list of:

    * Short tail keywords

    * Long tail keywords

    * Short term keywords

    * Long term keywords

    * Product defining keywords

    * Customer defining keywords

    * Geo-targeting keywords

    * Intent targeting keywords

So, a clothing brand in New York that’s selling handmade

sweaters for the holiday season might focus on the

    following keywords:

    # holiday sweaters

    # handmade sweaters

    # christmas

    # winter outfits

    # handmade wool sweater

    # New York clothing

    # shop local

    # bespoke sweaters

Once you have your keywords, make sure to include them in the

title and description of your live video.

And don’t forget to include them as hashtags and as plain text

    in your copy.

    Go Live Consistently.

    To your success!
