I randomly chose this book to audible listen to & was more than I expected. A social media star who speaks honestly about everything we need to know in order to improve ourselves within our own natural selves. I will need to listen more than once (with a pen & paper to jot down notes nextime).

Realistic information, not hype
How refreshing to see a plastic surgeon cautioning readers that surgery should be a last resort, and that what you put into your body has more impact on your face than anything else. Maybe not fun to hear, but truth usually isn't. If you're looking for a quick fix or pill to age better, this isn't the book. If you really want to make a change, it's a quick listen and well-written.

A whole new challenge
This book is incredible. I’ve learned so much and now understand a lot more. Took my first step in my eating habit after I finished the book. NO MORE SODA. Now to work and improve on my already healthy eating habits. This a going to be a challenge 💗💗 I’m ready !
