Great tool for any investor. Avery does an awesome job of going over everything you need to get started and putting those fears of pulling trigger to rest. It’s a great read for any investor in whatever walk of life they may be in. Highly recommend!

Avery is the best, so why wouldn’t you read here books. This is a more in depth look into STRs with lots of great info. Makes you think what you could do to improve your listings.

You’re My Shero
Love love love! I love how Avery gives a complete breakdown of an entire category of real estate to simple how to steps. She don’t on present her view of the industry but points out personal preferences as well.
If anyone is interested in getting started in the short term real estate industry this is a great reference book to keep in your library!

Great advice!!
Avery does a great job educating people about the short term rental industry. There are so many useful tips and resources on how to be successful. I credit Avery and the short term shop for the success I have had with my own Airbnb from their mentorship and guidance. Highly recommend!
