Henry Washington is one of my favorite experts in the RE space. You can tell he genuinely cares about your success and teaching the right steps tonight set you up for success.
This book has a ton of great information and is a great book for newbies or experts looking for new ways to acquire deals!

Deal Maker is jam packed with knowledge on finding and funding real estate deals in any market.
Henry throughly explains the process of finding and funding your deals from A to Z and leaves out all the fluff. He also gives real life examples and break downs of the numbers on his deals. The book was very eye opening and motivated me to do even more in my real estate business

Great for Beginners
Great book for those interested in learning about real estate. Henry provides great stories and insight on how to begin and scale a real estate business. Highly recommend for every beginner. There are gems for seasoned investors as well.
