Good for people who are new
It's good for people new to short or medium-term rental. It has a ton of filler like talking about the benefits its not just this book i find it quite common. If I am listening to this booking isn't a good indicator that I am already convinced.
I did not find anything more than what you can find in youtube about these topics so listening to the book wasnt helpful to me.

Amazing comprehensive guide for MTR investing!
Wow! What an amazing book. I loved
The dual author approach where they both shared their unique perspective and pro tips. I also found the case studies from outside investors extremely helpful. If you are getting into the MTR space or even just thinking about about it, this book is a must read!
