INCREDIBLE RESOURCE!!!

I’ve been working as a Medical Sales Professional for 6 years and during my time I have always considered renting my unit to travel nurses. Great book for anyone interested in MTR

This is a great read for anyone looking to get into the MTR space. The authors provide great guidance on understanding the MTR strategy and how to manage once you get started. The fact that the authors incorporated their own personal story made the book even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this book to fellow investors.

Great resource!

My husband and I are just starting out in real estate investing. We are interested in MTRs and this book is so informative and has been extremely helpful. I love how they really go into specifics; everything from the breakdown of deals they have structured to what to buy when setting up the rental. I have a notebook filled with notes and will be referencing back as we continue along this journey. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience!

Now I need in paperback

This book has so much information. It was a great listening! However, I definitely need a paperback so that I can highlight and underline and underscore all of the key import areas. This book has prompted us to purchase midterm rentals to add to our 50 unit portfolio. Great job ladies.

Very informative with no fluff

There were a lot of good tips and references. A lot of real estate investing books seem to focus on hitting a home run or trying to kill it. This book was more tame and gave information that is helpful for someone wanting to start out or someone who wants to grow a large portfolio.
